Watercooled Society - Supercharged MK1 Golf We have been meaning to shoot Alex's MK1 Golf for some months now, as his unit for Vivid Vinyl is just down the road. We finally got around to shooting the car after it was released from a corner in Alex's unit, cleaned off and let rip on society. The G60 16V charger ported to R1 spec, small pulley and toothed belt system screaming away letting you know the car has some serious power, around 250 BHP to be precise. All this power sits in a smoothed and clean engine bay. The car straps you in the pole position Recaro's, with Schroth five point harnesses, you know you're in for an extreme ride in this lightweight, stripped out MK1. Turning heads with some super rare BBS E30's in 8.5 x 15, et 11 front and 19 rear fitment. The car also has a narrowed front and rear track, raised turrets and FK coilovers with koni dampers.
